Daybar Xpress frames are manufactured on-demand to fit any size opening and meet all specific project requirements. 

 Construction features:

• 16 gauge standard, 14 gauge available
• A60 galvannealed steel standard; G90 galvanized optional
• Rust-inhibitive primer
• Fire-rated up to 3-hours
• Construction options:
  • Face welded
  • Continuously welded
  • Knocked-down (KD) to weld
  • Knocked-down (KD)-drywall

Standard hardware reinforcing:

• Mortised hinges: 7 gauge hinge
• Strike tabs: 14 gauge
• Closer reinforcement: 12 gauge
