Delta Series doors are designed and constructed with the highest quality features and offer the most complete package of standard options available in the industry. All standard Delta Series doors from Daybar Xpress are manufactured in the U.S.A. to meet or exceed SDI and HMMA/NAAMM specifications.
Construction features:
- 1 3/4" standard thickness
- 18, 16, and 14 gauge door skins
- A60 galvannealed steel standard; G90 galvanized optional
- Rust-inhibitive primer
- Inverted end caps standard; top and bottom caps available
- Beveled edge construction standard; square edge optional
- Fire-rated up to 3-hours
Standard hardware reinforcing:
- Mortised hinges: 7 gauge hinge
- 161/86/panic reinforcing: 14 gauge
- Closer reinforcement: 14 gauge
